I asked a staff at a printer repair shop, who it was due to the failure of the power supply, which can be easily replaced. Today I brought it to the repair shop, another staff checked it and said the power supply was OK, but it was the problem of the motherboard. He could not fix the machine, which must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. The repair cost at the manufacturer could be as high as buying a new one, I got no choice, but threw it away.
